Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking.
Cancellation Refunds
- 90+ days before arrival: Full refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit.
- 60–89 days before arrival: 50% refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit.
- 30–59 days before arrival: 25% refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit.
- Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund.
Early Departure
No refunds will be issued for early departures or unused nights.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government travel restrictions, etc.), we will work with guests on a case-by-case basis to offer credits or rescheduling where possible.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible with your booking reference number. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
