1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By booking a stay at North Of Zeru, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.
2. THE PROPERTY North Of Zeru is a private vacation rental located at 399 Paradisiac Beach Club, Ocho Rios, St. Ann, Jamaica, within the Paradisiac Beach Club.
3. OCCUPANCY
- Maximum occupancy is 6 guests
- All guests must provide their full name and valid government-issued photo ID upon arrival
- IDs must match booking information and will be verified at entrance
- Unauthorized guests are not permitted on the property
4. HOUSE RULES
- No smoking anywhere on the property
- No pets allowed
- No parties or events
- No loud noise — quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of stay without refund
5. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
- Check-in: 3:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out must be requested in advance and is subject to availability
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Direct bookings: Full refund if cancelled 5 or more days before check-in. No refund within 5 days.
- Airbnb bookings: Subject to Airbnb's Firm cancellation policy
- Cleaning fee is non-refundable once booking is confirmed
7. DAMAGES & LIABILITY
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay
- North Of Zeru is not liable for loss of personal belongings
- Any damages will be charged to the guest's payment method on file
8. PAYMENTS
- Full payment is required to confirm your booking
- Cleaning fee of $130 USD is mandatory and charged per stay
