Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit. Full payment is due prior to arrival as specified at the time of booking.
Guest Responsibilities
The lead guest is responsible for the conduct of all members of their party. Guests agree to treat the property with care and respect. Any damage caused during the stay will be the financial responsibility of the guest.
Occupancy
The property may only be occupied by the number of guests specified in the booking. Unauthorized guests are not permitted without prior written approval. No pets and NO smoking allowed in the residence.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in and check-out times will be provided at the time of booking. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.
House Rules
Guests are expected to comply with all house rules provided at check-in. Failure to comply may result in termination of the stay without refund.
Liability
North Of Zeru is not liable for any loss, damage, theft,injury, or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond our control. Guests are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance.
Privacy
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith between the parties.
North Of Zeru reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply.
